Fair Play! Eye has a fantastic warranty policy for you, but please do not misuse this :-)

Eye gives a 1-year warranty* on all rackets which break between 3 and 9 o'clock of the racket head. Eye has a very strict quality control and service is extremely important for us.

When you experience a problem with one of our products, please use the following procedure:
1. Send us an email to support@eyerackets.com and explain in it what happened
2. Send us your product (Rud Squash AS / Eye Rackets International, Rudssletta 81, 1351 Rud, Norway)
3. Enclose the receipt of the product
4. Send us an email with the tracking number

After we received the broken product, we will immediately replace it free of charge! When there is any uncertainty about the manufacturing-mistake, we will ALWAYS decide in the advantage of our customers.

*Warranty is valid when the racket is broken between 3 and 9 o'clock of the racket head. So the breakage in the area between 9 and 3 o'clock is not covered.
